Poor customer service and lack of communication

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Hollywoodbets. I contacted their support regarding an issue with my winnings (Ref ***9)and it’s now been over two weeks without any proper response or resolution. I’ve sent follow-up emails, but the replies have been slow, vague, and unhelpful.

As a regular customer, I expected better communication and accountability from such a large company. This delay and lack of feedback is completely unacceptable. I really hope Hollywoodbets improves their customer service and starts treating customer queries with the urgency and respect they deserve.
