Poor customer service

Recently I tried to withdraw money using the absa Instant cash method, I took almost an entire 24hours before I recieved the pin. My phone broke the next day and since then I've been trying to get the pin re-sent or the money reversed but nobody seems to be helping me Everytime I call someone says that I will be re-sent within the next 24 to 48 hours but nothing seems to be happening. It's been a week and nothing has been happening and I'm spending so much money on airtime just to call every time without any success. I'm still trying to get my money reversed but nothing has been happening. Hollywoodbets has very poor customer service.
