Poor customer service

I had a problem with my funds reflecting into my Hollywood bets account as I really wanted to place a specific bet. I reached out to Hollywood bets on the deposits what's app contact, and the response times from the consultant was extremely delayed and robotic. The consultant didn't even open the document that I sent and kept sending me a copy and pasted response even though I kept informing the consultant that I had sent the requested info. I had asked for a reference and name of the consultant twice on the chat and I was completely ignored. I even asked how I could go about laying a formal complaint and I was still ignored. I was just told to kindly be patient. The response time for messages exceeded 10 minutes. Being a loyal customer for many years I am displeased that my questions was completely disregarded and the consultant didn't even take time to go through the information that I had sent. This is just a display of completely bad customer service.
