Poor customer service

Month 3 and I am still waiting for feedback from withdrawals department on an FNB eWallet reversal that was made on March 8th, yes March 8th!

If that alone does not reflect the lack of competence the company has for its customers wait until you talk to the consultants who will actually encourage you to write bad reviews about the company itself.

Hollywoodbets is a joke of a company. And legal action is currently being pursued on the matter!
