Poor customer service
Hollywoodbets has the worst customer service I have ever seen, they constantly have consultants who dont know what to do, every time there's an issue thy always tells you wait for 24 hours even if its a week later. The customer service is so bad that they are almost never available on the chat pr when you call, making it impossible to get a hold of. Currently all my history on Hollywoodbets has been deleted, including my pending withdrawal. The customer service is so bad that it can take weeks to even get a small issue sorted.

01 Jun 2023, 05:34Hello, it seems as if nothing has changed because the customer service is still very poor. Its still happening continuously, if you guys are not capable of handling us playing on the slots and providing the service that other betting sites do, then we should be told in advance. It's frustrating when i have a query and try to chat to someone the bot says average waiting time of 6mins but i fimd myself waiting for hours. This is the worst service from any company in my life. Also i have spent a lot of money in the past on airtime to phone Hollywood which will never be reimbursed, furthermore every single time i play on a jackpot race night Hollywood keeps kicking me out, its either rigged or a ****. I dont even know of anyone that has won.
