Poor customer service
Hollywood Eay in ladysmith their customer service is very bad I’m here to get cash but no one is helping but there are here sitting saying I must wait for someone they don’t even know when he or she coming back,please do something with that staff at last a guy called lindokuhle came after so long!!! I wasn’t happy at all.
