Poor customer service

I bought a 1 voucher on 03/11/2023, tried to enter it but it gave me an error. They had some technical issues regarding deposits, waited until they sent a message that the issue has been resolved. I reported this on 08/11/2023 and everyone that I have chatted with is escalating my query till today it has not been resolved. What a pathetic service!!!
