Poor Customer Service
<p>Please be advised that the above company are refusing to pay out a winning bet due to their technical issues. In my mind thats poor service to their loyal customers. I have a valid ticket numberamd confirmed bet but still they refusing to pay. </p>

Your horse racing bet was struck after the race had already been run, and the result had been known.
Therefore the bet was cancelled as per our terms and conditions.
