Poor customer service

For a company that wants to sponsor everything. They should honestly use some of that money to improve customer service. Not to mention robbing customers by providing payouts of there choice. How is it possible that on betslip of 14 games due to one suspended game not having the highest odds on the betslip amount to 40% of the payout? It's like scoring 13 out 14 in a test but being given 60% because there was an incorrect question. I completely understand odds and changes but this does not make sense. When the team was added the winnings increase by 20% but now when it's been removed there is a 40% difference. How is that possible? This deserves to be exposed
