Poor customer service

I've received the worst customer service at Hollywood bets,on Saturday the 18th of march 2023 I made a cash send withdrawal,but to my surprise it's still pending approval.yesterday I sent an email hoping someone could explain what the hold up could be,but that didn't happen.
