Poor customer care

On Wednesday i was playing lighting roulette and ít hit number 17 with 100x and i placed R20 but to my surprise i couldn't recieve my money even the one i bet with i called customer care they told me it will b resolved within 24hrs even now i am calling they tell me i must wait another 48hrs what a shame and disgrace with the customer care very poor service
