Poor betting site

I would like to report Hollywood’s bet ,poor service , Heres ticket numbers for 3 same match builder , every time when i place a bet it deduct money for 2 same match builder but when you they payout/result they only pay for one same match builder and leave other one while they deducting my money for every same match builder , i lost R600 voucher with this 3 same match builder and i won some 1K and lost 2 but they didn't even pay me that 1k , and they didn’t refund any voucher ,since Monday contacting them with same problem , they told me to wait for 24-48 hours since monday , Mybe they dont know know how many hours per day.
