Poor assistance

Apologies for anyone reading as I am frustrated customer. Consultants at Hollywood bets need to fine passion somewhere else. Knowing the productive industry that they employed in, should enable such to assist customers properly, thus making utmost certain that customers are satisfied completely. Am I wrong ? To latest consultant has a nerve to tell me to wait till end of March so that I could download a statement for March via tymebank ( this is the only way to obtain a statement for this month). A pop was sent via email and WhatsApp to their number. Please people I urge you if you have a problem with Hollywood bets, you should post your review because together we could remove or rather improve the way they carry out business in the future.

As a consultant, I wonder how far you are willing to go to assist your clients. My gambling history is available for review, and while my deposits may not seem significant, they certainly exceed my winnings. I hold a gambling license from Emperor's Palace, which indicates my fami****ity with the industry. My current predicament stems from a deposit of 60 rand made on March 18 via TymeBank to the Hollywood Bets FNB account, where I mistakenly used the wrong reference number. I cannot provide periodic statements, as TymeBank only issues monthly statements at the end of each month. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am determined to seek attention through reviews and the gambling board if necessary. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter.
