Poor and or lack of service
I deposited funds, via eft, yesterday into my Hollywood bets account. Lo and behold, it still does not reflect in my account. I tried calling Hollywood bets today to query this and as always, they said the line is bad and asked me to call back. This has happened 8 times thus far. I'm tired of keep on mailing them proof of payment. Surely a big organization such as Hollywood bets can trace a payment. Sick and tired of this.

This will now be 72 hours after I did the EFT. This is unaccessible. I should be compensated for the delays and inconvenience caused to me. I suppose that's too much to ask for
