Please reactivate my account 🥺

I called requesting to re- Activate my account last month an agent told me it will be active in 24 hours which was not true.

I called again,they advised I send some documents for verification after I've sent an email which I did not receive any reply,

Went on live chat where I was told my account needs to be at least one month closed before I can be an active player again

Tried to submit new fifa docs the system says my documents have been received

Kindly reopen my account.
