After nearly 5 months of placing bet and winning I'm still waiting for Hollywood bets to pay out the credits I won in May/June 2023. When enquiring You keep on telling me that you escalated my query, and it will be resolved in 48 hours. How many 48 hours must still pass before you can pay me? When it comes to service delivery and good game practices you are an absolute disgrace Hollywood Bets. It's not normal for any Punter to wait for 5 months to receive winnings. On top of that you never contacted me once. I must use my airtime and data to contact you guys.
