Please load my vouchers

Good day

Please assist me with my vouchers which I loaded today for two R50 bought at different retailers.All of them went through but my money is not loaded. All retailers refuse to refund me because it's says the vouchers have been used.I contact your helpline and hold for more than 20 minutes only to be told to old until my R50 airtime got finished.This is a totally poorly services from your customer care how can customers hold so long only to be told they will transfer to the right department.Can this vouchers be loaded because clearly you don't care about us.
