Please help me get my money back

So i played hollywoodbets spin to win and won about R1300 so i decided to withdraw the 1000 via FNB ewallet , after few days i realised that i was struggling to get the atm pin so i called FNB to reverse the money back to my hollywood bets account and fnb did reverse the amount of R911 back to hollywood bets .The money is not reflecting on my hollywood account and hollywood bets is giving me a run around.i have been calling , emailing and texting them but they are sending me from pillar to post.I am starting to loose hope because no one from hollywood is willing to help me which meams i have lost my winnings and im really defeated.Hollywood bets really did me dirty.Please help.
