Please help

Please help on the 8 0f March I took a bet on hollywoodbets I win and they deposited the money that I win In my account of Hollywood after few hours they still my money in account, on 9th I foned them they promised me to sort out my problem, they failed to do so, I went to pinetown branch, they promised me to get resolve my problem it was on 11.and 14th I went back again I speak with the manager, she asked my ID book and promised that head office wll sort my matter, they never did nothing. Please help me
