Please assist

Would you kindly please assist, I've withdrawn money from my hollywoodbets account last Month as per below but still did not receive the money, when I call Hollywoodbet they say money is been paid already but they refuse to send me the proof of payment as money does not reflect on my Tymebank statement and Tymebank need tthat to be able to trace it. I've been sending email but had no respond from them and they can see my emails when I call them. below is the proof of withdrawals, I only received forst two which is R1000 and R500 that it it.
