Pending withdrawal

Hollywoodbets bets service is terrible, the inconsistency with withdrawals it's 10:42 my withdrawal is reflected as pending authorisation. I called to find if they have high volumes and the consultant said no which means the withdrawal is sitting there with no one tending to it, the service is absolutely horrible
