Pending bets System freezes Not refunding clients ******

It's been a couple weeks now I've been in contact with hollywoodbets regarding a R624 Pending bet that wasn't credit to my account. I've played live in stant play played multiple bets and my bets just disappeared they have put me through to different departments I've phoned several departments yesterday I spoke to them again and they confirmed a system error and agreed to reimburse my R624 I now see they removed it from pending bets but did not reimburse me **************** with this people customer service pafetic they quick to take your money but if their system freezes or anything you never get it back they should be reported to the gambling board for *****ing people's money its Happen several times to me before but this was the biggest amount
