Pending - Awaiting Deposit Clearance

I have been using Hollywood bets for almost two years, and have on numerous occasions had the opportunities for withdrawals albeit small not more than R10k. on all except two occasions there were issues but these were related to my banking institution. furthermore, the fact that it strangely my luck turned slightly this week and the need to withdraw a larger amount on a few occasions arose and then I got the opportunity to feel the poorest of customer service staff i have ever encountered. that aside, its been longer than 48 hours and i am in need of my money. however the status remains:

"Pending - Awaiting Deposit Clearance"

I have received 5 different explanations the best being that they waiting for my money that i deposited with immediate clearance into their bank account and which was available on my hollywoodbets account within 1 minute, to clear in their bank account.

the resolution according to them is to have patients, it will reflect, its in the que, they are checking whether i rolled my deposit and not just deposited and then requested a withdrawal and its because of the high value. The last excuse came immediately after i told the agent that the last withdrawal is R3000.00 [Three Thousand Rand]. A family member with me withdrew R5800 at the same time as i did the R3000. Hers was in her account within 2 minutes . meanwhile i must have patience for the 48 hour review period.

Anybody with a resolution that works?
