This is one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with as a old person, I waited two months for my money with team leader agents and teams nt to get back to me I call every single day and have to help them do there jobs they are not wanting to pay me out and give me the run around how does it take two months to pay me out and everyone else always just says what they are told to say it's disgusting the service provided by this people I will contact the ombudsman
