Payout problem

This is the second time I'm facing payment issues with Hollywoodbets when it comes to being fair they fail dismissal I have a ticket I played live games I won the ticket in terms of the results but the money didn't reflect on my account I contacted a Hollywoodbets agents they couldn't help me they only refunded me of which it didn't make sense I placed a bet I win or I loose so I won the be but the ticket didn't pay out since Saturday instead they refunded my R50 instead of paying out I think people have be careful with Hollywoodbets
