Payout my money since 1feb my account being blocked

As per the previous complaint hollywoodbets never bothered to contact me as they noted on the reply. I feel like this is something fishy I just need answers and my money hollywoodbets. Why is my account blocked? Why can't you payout my money? What's ******* that you found on my account? Why are you not communicating with your customers. Can you pay my money so we can end everything.
