Payout Limit reduced for months

The company has not raised my payout limit for a few months now after following up numerous times , the company reduced the limit to R2000 and even R500 to ensure that you don't place bets on the platform.

The ticket above is a new ticket but multiple times the same issue was briught to consultants - live chat / phone calls . Still no response .

There is a lack of customer service on all levels and they will make you wait weeks and months to resolve basic queries. There is only so many times you can delay customers and tell them 24 hours / 48 hours

Even after posting on hello peter - they will not follow up with you or resolve your issue.

The clear lack of service is concerning . I hope that the above gets resolved.
