Payout issues- No payout for winning horse

After having issues with Hollywoodbets in the past and given the run around to get my issue resolved which was a very frustrating and costly experience today I get the opportunity to experience for the second time how disappointing their staff are. I have a placed a few multiple wagers which has included Vaal(moved from Turfontein due to high rainfall) Race 2 winner Battle Force which shows abandoned and therefore the payouts are incorrect(doubles paid as single win and trebles paid as doubles)

I fail to understand how a brand as big and successful as Hollywood bets is unable to recruit qualified personnel to avoid these issues, I am not sure how many other punters are being ****** in this way but I think this is something that needs to be looked into.

Truly disappointed.
