Payment not allocated, bad customer service ever

I'm so disgusted and annoyed by the poor service we get from the Hollywood consultants.i did send my query several times already with my statement showing the transaction I made on the 22:already and it's not allocated. I haven't received any help and been taken from pillar to post,or I guess that's how you guys **** people? I need my money back urgently or else I'm gonna take this matter further and publish you guys on all social platforms. Need this issue to be resolved
