I have taken numerous multiple bets that have a payout of R0.00 due to a fault on Hollywoodbets betting, we have taken the time to escalate the matter but this was ignored and is really frustrating.

Hollywoodbets has also promised to honor a R50 birthday deposit bonus if the account holder deposits R100 or more which they also **** about.

I think that Hollywoodbets has no care for their customers and their staff are very unprofessional.
