Pathetic service to withdrawal request

Your service is pathetic. You have untrained agents. I can never get through to your call center and when you try the online chat the agent doesn't know how to help and ends the chat and this is after me waiting more than 30 mins for an agent. I have been trying to make withdrawals and they are being reversed because you require POP. I have sent POP over 20 times and nobody responds or helps. I just want my withdrawal into account and for you to stop reversing my withdrawals
