Pathetic Service Levels.

Over the last year I have on numerous occasions reported the fact that one experience difficulty in placing bets. One get a message indicating site is unavailable. On every occasion I reported it to the help desk and this forum out of pure frustration. It is obvious that Hollywood bets have a huge IT problem. The help desk standard response is usually to clear the browser. Cannot understand why no one has taken cognizance and steps to rectify and upgrade the system. I suppose someone will one day wakeup when you have lost most of your clients. To me all your efforts of sponsorships and charity work is meaningless if you neglect your loyal clients that keep you in business.
