Pathetic service Hollywoodbets

Pathetic service I have received. It's gone 6 days now and everyday I get a run around from their customer service line as well as their chat bot assistants over a simple issue that could have been resolved within a day and surprisingly that's what they claim will be resolved between 24 to 48 hours. I bought 2 recharge vouchers but it could not be loaded. It took them close on 4 days to load my account with the first one I'm still waiting for the 2nd to be loaded. I'm being told be patient. Perhaps the government needs to come down more harder on these betting sites that are too fast to take your money but too slow to sort issues that are their fault.
