Pathetic service Hollywood bets

I have withdrawn 1500 from my account o the 8th of Jan 2022.. it then reversed back into my account on the 9th of which I made the withdrawal again.. and no cash send voucher was sent to me.. and nothing in my account.. I have been phoning and querying since the 10th of Jan .. and everytime i call they say it will be resolved in2 hours .. or a different story daily.. or someone is going to call me.. Hollywood bets I feel is ripping me off . The customer service is really bad and are out to make you look like you did something wrong instead of assisting.. its pathetic I want my money..
