Pathetic Service from Hollywoodbets Fica Department

I recently wrote review of poor service I received from the Fica Department of Hollywoodbets.However,a lady caller Nokuthula Mhlongo did contact me on Monday and seemed to be very helpful.I sent the relevant fica documents to her but it was agreed that she could not access it and so I sent all through on Tuesday morning using a pdf format.This was never acknowledged yesterday despite me sending 2 mails to confirm if all was in order.I sent another mail this morning.Still no response from her.If there is no response by tomorrow morningI will cancel my hollywoodbets account.I am going nowhere with them at the moment.This service is pathetic
