Pathetic service from Hollywood Bets

Hollywood bets is utterly disappointing.. I have purchased a voucher on the 25th of August of R100 + R104 ..i tried downloding the 2 vouchersit wasnt going through,so i called Hollywood bets and spoke to a consultant..he adviced the he would send a port for me to use to download the voucher..i did so and it didnt go through so i called them again n stated the voucher didnt go what must i do ,he then stated he would send it to the accounts department for further follow up..so i called the nextday again..spoke to the consultant and was told its getting sorted n my account would be credited ..so i see it didnt i called them again ..so spoke to the consultant again they said it seems the acounts department didnt credit your account they wil do a follow up and call me back..i waited the whole day n didnt receive a call ..so i called on friday again spoke to a consultant she adviced shes stil doing a follow up and would call me back..so just the same friday went by they didnt call ..so today the 30th i called again spoke to the consultant he then transfered me to the helpline that consultant adviced the account is credited ..i told hin no my account wasnt credited so wen e checkedbin my account transaction he see it wasnt done but its stating on they system the accounts is credited..so he then said e sendjng an email to the accounts department an he will cal me back.. i have been calling Hollywood bet for so many days and up until now no one ever assited me ..these vouchers belong to me. N for hollywood to sort the vouchers out ..i needed to calll them so many times and use my airtym were as they supposed to be assiting me.. They service is totally pathetic and its unacceptable from such a big betting site ..disgusted with the service received
