Pathetic service

A week later and still my deposit is not reflecting, I was advised that this will show last week Saturday already on my side, that is 6 November 2021, it's now 14th November 2021,how long does a payment take to reflect in their account, I since made this payment on 3 November 2021 via peach payment and after my first hello Peter complaint, someone called me on the 5th November and said this will reflect on their statement on the 6th and I should be credited and today is the 14th still nothing, I want my money and I promise after this, I will never use your services again.
