Pathetic service

Firstly, the Hollywood website is pathetic. You can never get a better on, in time. Always lagging. Giving ridiculous errors. But that's not the worst part. I have made numerous deposits in the past few day into their account, today I do a deposit and the funds haven't reached my account, keep in mind this is an instant EFT process on their website. So I call the call center and a rude lady, ( I wasn't interested in her name, but my money) tells me she will escalate it, this could take an hour or even a day. I mean, come on, the money is gone from my bank account, yet I must wait a day??? This is really a pathetic excuse for a betting website, I would rather move back to WSB.
