Pathetic service and inexperienced consultants

Spoken to 3 consultants today. Made a ozow deposit this morning. They are saying it shows as canceled but the money went off my account. 1st consultant Njabule Mpansa did not even finish the query before logging off. 2nd consultant Phelokazi K was of absolutely no assistance and the 3rd consultant Lukhona M told me my transaction was canceled but the cash went off my account. Sent pop and the best part is the inexperienced Phelokazi told me it will reflect within 4 hours. Till now they have withheld my deposit even though it was deducted from my account. Now they telling me I must wait 48 hours. What's the use of loading funds wanting to play but I must wait 48 hours. The last consultant telling me in future I must make immediate payment. What the he'll is ozow then ? I want my refund today. No way I'm waiting 48 hours gor ur pathetic consultants to do their job. Actually feel like canceling my account and sticking with betway, goldrush and lulabet

So hollywood bets got someone from escalations to call me and investigate. Up to know that person has not contacted me yet I received an email stating the deposit was canceled ( Erich was clearly not as the amount CLEARLY shows it went off my account) and I must call my bank. Like we deposit and then we have to find our missing money cause it's not their fault. When I made the deposit it was lagging and took forever but I received the message the money was deducted from my account. Went back into my account to check and guess what amount was taken. This is pathetic that hb takes money from people. I'm utterly disgusted and would advice everyone wanting to join not to do it because their consultants don't have a clue how to assist a client, their investigation team does not get back to customers as per telephonic discussion and they take ur money and blame it on either the bank or the client. I'm pretty sure if they investigate properly they will find my deposit which was TAKEN BY HOLLYWOODBETS!!! PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING
