Pathetic service and incompetence
I am so tired of this company, im still waiting for my withdrawal and is almost 48hour's. When i try to chat nobody responds but they still got the audacity to ask me if the service was good or bad and if i need more help. Hollywood has the worst customer service by far. Bunch of *********** idiots. Seems like they are trying to save money by cutting down on the customer service. Im so disappointed and they will do nothing to help or compensate us for our hassels. Please hire professionals and make an attempt to help instead of taking our deposits and not paying out our winnings

21 Jun 2023, 14:46Its almost a week now and still no help or any positive feedback. Customer service sucks. Everyone in customer services say wait 24 hours everyday and nothing happens. They seem clueless about what to do. Its always 24hours and nobody can say that they will handle the matter or follow up.
