Pathetic service and concerns over adjusting my winning bets

It's really sad to understand that we as clients invest in a platform that we expect to be safe and secure, however Owen heffers platform has being initiating ********* practices, on not one but many occasions after a bet wins ,the bet price is adjusted, well obviously to lower odds ,which is a ****,because we use hollywoodbets platform Owen heffers team think they can do as they please with our money, which is pathetic, so this platform is not safe at all ,and to think the people that run that platform are cheats is sad.,and as for their customer service, it's pathetic, more pathetic is that so much is invested every where else except on training their staff on customer service, verulam branch oh my God, the service there is a disaster that tops the land based platform as for the online customer service, if they were competent enough I wouldn't be sending this email..overall pathetic service all round, and its concerning that this platform can adjust our winning in a cheat way..terrible..ask Nxolo why she couldn't call me to resolve the problem
