Pathetic service

I made a deposit and the funds didn't clear it's been 12 hrs since I sent proof of payment and the rude chat consultants tell me to wait longer and just ends the chat without even asking for further assistance. Absolutely rude. I was still typing and she could see that and before I could get a word in she just ends the flippen chat. I am appalled by the service I recieved. Hollywood robs us even with our deposits and the service is disgusting. They just want us to forget about the funds and keep depositing. Terrible service
