Pathetic service

I'm sick of these people really, their customer support is terrible. I've been waiting for 5 days for a cash send that I was told was going to be resolved and no one contacts you for a update. They are rude when u contact them as if they doing you a favor by talking to you. I doht have this issue with betway or lottostar, wish I could give them 0 stars.
