Pathetic service

I did a peach card payment last night which was Friday night for R390. The money left my account but I was not credited. I sent the email I got from fnb showing transaction. I called in, I sent 10 emails....no response what so ever, even when I called in, I was told I will be credited between 3 to 4 hrs time.....its now 7 hrs. Such pathetic service from such a big company.....for R390 is unbelievable. It's really disgusting service. Pointless being big and making so much money, but provide pathetic services......
