Pathetic service

Customer service is pathetic. I have made a deposit at 05h30 this morning and it's still not reflecting. I have called the customer line 3 times being on hold 30 minutes at a time that takes a lot of airtime. I have sent proof of payment but still nothing. Just getting reference after reference number. Nothing is being sorted
