On Saturday I won R100 and did an instant pay through standard bank. Since I deleted the sms I requested the pin and voucher. I think I tried thrice with no luck Monday I chatted to an agent and asked if it could be transferred back into my account because I wasn't receiving the sms The agent told me it will take 24 to 48hrs to reflect. Today I spoke to another agent because 48hrs were up only to be told the withdrawal isn't active I must contact my bank

Hoe the hell must I contact my bank when it was instant money What **** is that your own winnings can't be accessed
