PATHETIC SERVICE

I deposited R50 via peach payment yesterday already in 3 Nov 2021, the BOT thing is useless and my airtime finished while waiting on the calls, I called today again waited for over 30 min for someone to answer only for that person I think her name is Khensane @ 18:40pm, she answered and told me she can't hear me, I could hear her very well and she decided to keep quiet until my airtime depleted and had no decency whatsoever to call me back, what kind of a service are we getting from Hollywood bets? Is this how you treat your customers?

Can I please have my R50 deposited or refunded please.
