Pathetic service

I was playing the new live poker game the R10 table and I tried to increase my funds on the table before the funds run out on the table I did it a good few times and the money did not reflect on my account and about R175 just went ,missing from my Hollywood account .I phoned hollywoodbets spoke to and agent got a reference no. explained the issue and sent the necessary info via email and was told the [problem would be escalated and it's gone 4 days nothing has been done .I were on the chat spoke to and agent explained the problem gave the ref.no. after explaining to her did what she told me to do money still not refecting then while chatting to her she says she transferring me to another agent now I have to explain again. I think they got *********** agents working there.I wasted over R50 airtime for R175 what a joke.A big business which does not allow it's agents to call a customer back the customer my spend their money .World Sports betting does not do that they look after their clients and reimburse them.Hollywoodbets pathetic don't care about clients only worried about making money but not realizing without clients there would be no hollywoodbets.Thats something to think about.
