Pathetic service

I am a loyal Hollywood bets customer whom spends more than 5k a month.

I’ve been with Hollywood bets for over 10 years.

I took a bet last night but I forgot to add a team to my bet.

I called in today to cancel my bet as the odds never changed.

I was told I can't cancel my bet because it’s a over night bet.

I asked the consultant "Hope" why she said that it was taken yesterday?

I asked her to please quote where in the terms and conditions does it state such, she was very rude to me and transferred me to someone else.

I then spoke to "Musa Nkondo" who advised the same so I then asked him as well "where does it appear in the terms and conditions" he asked me to look at the terms and conditions.

Which does not state that over night bets cannot be cancelled he then said its just a rule from management.

I asked to speak to his manager Palesa I never got a response from her my phone call was 29 minutes to hollywoodbets.

This is absolutely pathetic service I will be closing my Hollywood bets account.

I will also advise my friends and family to do the same seeing that I have referred over 45 people to hollywoodbets.
