Pathetic service!!!!
Sent through my FICA documents numerous times to your Facebook account, the person who was 'assisting" me kept telling me to resend the documents, kept finding fault with each attempt I made.I used the self service option,no feedback..I sent my documents via email,still no feedback.Am now begging you people to please help me with this FICA stuff so I can use my account
